This kit is another “laser” kit with, again my own additions.  The Payne Jct is so named as it is the Junction of 4 different raillines and it was a payne to design and lay it down.  And then so named for my friend in New Zealand, Brett Payne.

The Company Photographer whom again is in the studio on the layout, was my real  world Photographic business until the digital cameras put me out of business.

Here is the Mercantile store on the layout at Payne Jct.  The newly added Greyhound bus stop along with parking spaces.  The Photographer station wagon is behind his place of buisness.  On the loading ramp bags of potatoes, onions and boxes of fruit  are ready for sale.  I made the fruit boxes from strip wood and the labels are printed from old style fruit box labels found on the internet circa the 1950’s.

The loading dock has new supplies. And weekly advertisements.

The produce bin, weight scale, newspapers for sale, trash barrel.   Night lighting for the store.
