The Ice House at Juanita is a new addition still in the making.  This is a scratch built building along with the Ice rollers and loading dock.  This is not made with any prototype building in mind.  Detailed details are yet to come.
The Block walls are from the no longer in business New England Brownstone, using flour as the white grout. ( a forum post somewhere suggested it so I tried it..
