A much needed place for some of the families of Minieton to reside. The area behind the Roundhouse has been graded and two houses and a fire station were built.  The houses are the Better than Scratch 2nd st. series with two paper sided garages.

The fire station is a Mt Alberts kit from Fasttracks.

The crack in the pavement is not from an Earthquake.  The entire area is on two lift out boards of styrofoam like the rest of the layout.

The Yellow house owner does not take care of his property so the owner of the green house has his house up for sale.

Below is the area night lighted with new power poles. The interior of the houses are lighted.
