A new Engine House, a real 4 staller, has replaced the ground on which the Lumber Mill was going to go onto. Better land use here. The floors are from poured concrete. The block walls are also concrete poured onto latex molds and then glued back to back to make a two sided block wall for interior and exterior viewing. The West wall is brick from New England Brownstone Co.. Also glued together back to back. The machine shop has wood walls with real glass in the windows and skylights. The roofs are removable.
