The Lumber Co. Coal Loader was inspired by the C&TS RR way of loading Coal onto their engines.  A skip loader is used.  For my railroad they used the conveyor, but it took too long and had to be repaired a lot.  Finally a skip loader was purchased, used, and now loading coal is easier and faster.
