This is a new 12’ X12” addition to the layout room.

I have finished the light soffits and black skirting around the base of the layouts.  An air conditioner now adornes the wall for the summer heat.

The transition from the old to the new is where the entrance door was.

I now have 6 new curved turnouts and 5 straight.  All my  turnouts are handmade.

A new siding for the Juanita Oil Co-Op building and the Oil Derrick to be installed here.

As one comes in the Door, this wall is what is left of the exterior of the older building.  I have placed some Railroad pictures and such for display here.
